Project Overview
This new build project represents an exciting opportunity to create an Eco-friendly family home from the ground up. The property has been designed to combine contemporary living with practical, high-quality finishes. Currently underway, the build highlights our team’s ability to manage complex residential projects with precision, care, and attention to detail.
What We Did
- Site Preparation & Groundworks
- We began with full site clearance, under pinning the adjoining, property, foundation excavation, and poured concrete footings, ensuring a solid base for the build.
- Structural Framing & Superstructure
- The main frame of the house has been erected, with load-bearing walls, steels, and roofing structures now complete. Key milestones have been met and approved by building inspectors and the insurance company.
- External Envelope Installation
- Windows and doors have been installed. These stages ensure the property will soon be sealed and ready for internal works.
- First Fix Services
- Electrics & plumbing have been fitted as part of the first fix stage, laying the groundwork for the second fix. New water and electric supplies have been installed. Underfloor heating, air source heat pump and solar panels have also been fitted to meet the regulations for new build properties.
- Coordination with Architects and Suppliers
- Regular coordination with the architectural team and suppliers has ensured smooth progress and adherence to the bespoke design brief for materials required to achieve the required UV values.
This project remains on track for completion, with interior fit-out, landscaping, and final finishes scheduled for the coming months.
